Fast flap discharge valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve plate, valve shaft, rocker. I type is single layer. The program set by electric control system will start discharging via handspike shaking rocker. And then stop it. The upper and lower valve plate of II type will start and stop crossly through that handspike pulls rocker and start the discharging and air locking following the program set by electric control system. Those two actions will make one of the upper valve plates of the pipe closed all the time to achieve the aim of simultaneous discharging and air locking.
